Not all heroes wear capes!

Hello! Kimberly here to share these three quick and easy cards using this months Hedgehog Hollow subscription box! My sister-in-law is a nurse and I get so excited when I find any craft supplies that I can make cards for her to share how much I appreciate what she does for others as well as our family. This month’s subscription is perfect just for that.

To make the first card, I started by embossing the rubber background stamp that comes in the kit with clear embossing powder on watercolor paper.

Next, I used 4 drops of Tiptree Jam reinker, a tiny scoop of Mercury Kaleidoscope Powder, and water in a spritzer bottle to make a shiny pink ink spray.

Then, I mixed it really well to make sure the powder was well incorporated and spritzed the watercolor panel.

After I made sure the ink was dry, I blended Tiptree Jam ink through the heart beat stencil. Then, I stamped the sentiment using Eclipse Black ink. I adhered it to a panel of Tiptree Jam cardstock and then to an ultra white card base. To finish the card. I added Aura and Rhubarb Ripple Crown Jewel Gems.

My next two cards are made pretty much the same. I inked up the Rubber background stamp with Tiptree Jam ink and stamped it off on a piece of cardstock, which I will use at a later time.

Then, I spritzed the stamp with water and placed a piece of water color cardstock on top to ink up the panel. I used the perfect first impression smooshing tool to get a good image. I repeated this on a second watercolor panel for the second card.

Once I dried them with a heat tool, I blended Tip Tree Jam ink through the heart beat stencil over the background.

To finish the two cards, I stamped the sentiments using Eclipse Black ink and adhered them to a panel of Tiptree Jam Cardstock. Then, I glued them to ultra white card bases. Then I added Aura and Rhubarb Ripple Crown Jewel Gems to the front.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Kimberly
